Keith Curling  ACII ALCM

Managing Director

Keith joined Carmichaels in 1993 from McLarens, and took the role of Managing Director in 2004.  In addition to his general duties as Managing Director, Keith heads the Carmichaels Subsidence Unit.  Keith has a wide range of adjusting experience including major fire and perils claims and he has also conducted a number of seminars and presentations in buildings and subsidence losses.

Tim Blake BSc (Hons)

Operations Director

Tim originally joined Carmichaels in 1991 having worked at senior level for GAB Robins and other major adjusters both in the UK and USA.  He left to form his own firm in the mid-1990’s before re-joining Carmichaels in 2004. Tim is responsible for operational management and quality control.

Graham Eades ACII FCILA FIFAA FEUDI-ELAE

Director

Graham joined Carmichaels in 2001 from GAB Robins where he had worked for 17 years.  In addition to his duties as a Director, Graham specialises in dealing with large and complex losses, both domestic and commercial; he also leads our special investigation team. Graham is also active in both the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters and our local Chartered Insurance Institute.

Richard Coles ACII FCILA FEUDI-ELAE

Director

Richard joined Carmichaels in 1999 and is the Director in control of our operations in the Midlands and North.  Richard’s particular specialisation is in large and complex claims, especially Business Interruption. Richard is active in the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters and the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Graham Dean

Associate Director

Graham joined Carmichaels in 2002 from Millers where he had gained over 20 years of loss adjusting experience.  He has handled an enormous range of commercial and domestic claims and also acquired valuable experience of disaster scenarios working in the Caribbean.

Sarah Howard

Associate Director

Sarah joined Carmichaels in 2008 having worked at senior level throughout the UK for major adjusting practices. She has worked in the industry for over 16 years and has a wide range of adjusting experience. In addition to her adjusting duties, Sarah is responsible for developing our business in the Northern Region.
